Startlingly, there is not a single video anywhere of someone pumping electricity through a bullet/cartridge/round
I almost want to be the first. Without the barrel and chamber to direct the force, even if it did go off, it wouldn't have much power. Plus, you could hide behind an earthen barrier.
Anybody want to help me do this?

There's an urban legend about .22s being used as fuse replacement, and Mythbusters actually tested it out. They got rounds to cook off, but it turned out the danger wasn't the bullet...
Nope, the danger was the much lighter shell casing flying away, somewhat split and fragmented from the blast. Not too much penetration, but nasty.
